CONSTITUTION: A lever 13, of which one end part 13a is connected to a valve shaft 3 and which can rotate and operate the valve shaft 3, is composed of a plate spring 15 connected from one end part 13a of the lever 13 to the other end part 13b, a first guide 16 projected from one end part 13a side toward the other end part l3b side with intervention of the plate spring 15, and a second guide 17 projected from the other end part 13b side of the lever 13 toward one end part 13a side.
