To simplify a manufacturing work so as to restrain manufacturing cost by forming a blower case part and an air conditioner case out of a first case member and a second case member, and providing an air intake port, an opening part, an inflow hole, and the like on the first case member.
An air conditioner unit 1 is constituted of a blower unit part 1a and an air conditioner unit part 1b, and provided with a blower case part 3 and an air conditioner case part 6. The blower case part 3 and the air conditioner case part 6 can be divided into upper and lower parts against air blast direction, namely, into a first case member 20 and a second case member 21. The second case member 21 is constituted of a nearly semicircular cylindrical part position receiving a fan 2a and a nearly box-shaped part position receiving a heat exchanger and the like. The first case member 20 is constituted of a nearly semicircular cylindrical part position and a nearly box-shaped part position, meanwhile it is provided with a cooling air intake chamber 11 having an opening part 12, an inflow hole 13, and a sending out hole 14. Further, this case can be molded by an injection molding machine having metallic molds, and hence the manufacturing process can be simplified.
