Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller capable of backing up setting contents of a WEEKLY timer or the like with an inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: An air conditioner remote controller includes: a plurality of changeover switches communicably wired-connected to an indoor unit for each setting whether a unit including each of the changeover switches is a master unit or a slave unit; communication units for mutual communication between the indoor unit and the master unit or the slave unit; display units; operation units for input operations; and internal memories storing therein various information. If the remote controller set to each of the master unit and the slave unit by the changeover switches is connected to the indoor unit, information stored in a master-unit-dedicated memory and used only in the master unit is copied and backed up in the internal memory of the slave unit.
