In a blow-off box A having a blow-off opening for blowing out air for air conditioning toward a space to be air-conditioned. there is arranged an inside cylinder B for partitioning an internal space of the blow-off box A into an inside passage W1 positioned at the side of a central axial line and an outside passage W2 positioned at the external peripheral side of the center axial line, and also there are formed an inlet W1a for supplying air to an upstream region of the inside passage W1, and an inlet for supplying air to an upstream region of the outside passage W2 while the air is made to flow and guided in one direction along the outer circumferential surface of the inside cylinder B. Linearly-progressing air is blown out from an outlet W1b of the inside passage W1, and swirling air is blown out from an outlet W2b of the outside passage W2.
