PURPOSE: To recover the system without interrupting the system power source and to prevent erasure of transmitting content by automatically resetting a transmission circuit upon occurrence of abnormality in the transmission circuit and recovering normal operation.
CONSTITUTION: A detecting means 7a utilizes the port terminal of a CPU 7 for provision of predetermined output signals from a transmission circuit 4 and judges abnormality in the transmission circuit 4 based on existence of output signal to be transmitted. In case of abnormality, current data are stored in a memory means 9 and a reset means 7b provides a reset signal from the port terminal of the CPU 7 thus resetting the transmission circuit 4. When the transmission circuit 4 is reset successfully, content in the memory means 9 is read out and transmitted. Contrarily, when the circuit 4 is not reset successfully, an abnormality warning is displayed and the system is stopped.
