Abstract:
To control a humidity in a clean room by using an air conditioner for performing temperature control of the clean room.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system is applied to a clean room, and comprises: an air conditioner for adjusting a temperature of air sucked from the clean room so that a temperature indicated by a temperature signal becomes a set temperature, and supplying the adjusted air to the clean room; a temperature detection part for outputting a first detection signal depending on a room temperature in the clean room; a dummy part for outputting a second detection signal indicating a predetermined temperature regardless of the room temperature in the clean room; and a control device for allowing the first detection signal to be outputted as the temperature signal to the air conditioner when performing temperature control, and allowing the second detection signal to be outputted as the temperature signal to the air conditioner when performing humidity control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
