An air supply-exhaust nozzle 3 is screwed and installed detachably to a filler hole body 1, on which a one-way valve 4 is mounted, the air supply-exhaust nozzle 3 has a screwing cover 3a, and an end connection 3b for an air supply-exhaust hole and a valve pushing body 3c are fitted to the screwing cover 3a. The valve disc 4a of one-way valve 4 is installed and supported at one end of a sliding shaft 6 while a contact body 5 (5c) is mounted at the other end of the sliding shaft 6, the abutting body 5 is pushed to the inside of the air chamber (b) by the valve pushing body 3c and the valve disc 4a is maintained under an opened state when the screwing cover 3a is screwed to the filler hole body, and air is supplied or exhausted.
