To provide an air transport apparatus for cement in a batcher plant, which transports cement to a cement bin from a cement tank by air while cooling the same, and cools and holds the cement in the cement bin at the time of non-transport.

The cement bin 11 is connected to the cement tank 1, which is equipped with a discharge gate 5 with a valve body 6, through a transport pipe 7, a blower 9 is connected to the transport pipe 7 and coolers 10 and 14 are provided to the blower 9 in order to cool compressed air. Then, compressed air is sent into the transport pipe 7 by the blower 9 while cooled by the coolers 10 and 14 and the discharge gate 5 is operated so as to be opened to transport the cement stored in the cement tank 1 to the cement bin 11 by air while discharging the same and operated so as to be closed at the time of non-transport to send only cooling air to the cement bin 11 by the transport pipe 7 so as to cool and hold the stored cement.
