To provide an airbag device capable of arbitrarily setting the deployment direction of an airbag (bag body) by a simple structure.
In the airbag device 11, the bag body 15 is folded and stored, gas is generated according to a shock, and the folded bag body is deployed by making the gas flow in from a flowing-in port. The bag body is composed of a first cloth body 41 and a second cloth body 42, the bag body is formed by connecting peripheral parts of the first cloth body and the second cloth body to each other, and the peripheral length of one side of the cloth body is set to be longer than the peripheral length of the other cloth body between the first cloth body and the second cloth body. The one of the cloth body is directed toward an occupant M side and the other of the cloth body is directed toward the side wall 27 side of a vehicle body. A folded part 46 is formed on the one side of the cloth body.
