PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm device for vehicle which can produce an alarm tone having a sound pressure level according to an environmental noise level even if an environmental temperature is fluctuated.SOLUTION: An alarm device 1 for vehicle includes: a microphone 101 for measuring an environmental noise level of the vehicle; a level detection part 102 for detecting a noise level; a temperature sensor 103 for measuring an environmental temperature of a vehicle; a power amplifier 105 for amplifying an alarm tone; a speaker unit 106 for outputting an alarm tone; output level determination means 100A for determining a correction amount of an output level of a sound signal by output characteristic with respect to an environmental temperature measured by the temperature sensor 103 and an environmental temperature of the speaker unit 106; output frequency determination means 100B for determining a correction amount of a frequency of a sound signal; and alarm tone generating means 100C which corrects an output level according to an environmental noise level measured by the microphone 101 by the correction amount determined by the output level determination means 100A, and generates a sound signal of an alarm tone according to the state of a switch of a back gear switch 104.
