Abstract:
To provide an alcohol measuring method capable of quantifying or detecting alcohol of a wide concentration range contained in a sample quickly, simply, with high sensitivity and accurately without the need of diluting the sample, a reagent system kit for use in it, and a biosensor.
This biosensor is provided with one or plural insulating board 1, an electrode system disposed on the board 1 and including a working electrode 4 and a counter electrode 5, and the sample system 7 including a compound at least having an alcohol dehydrogenase or alcohol oxidase, amino residue, N-derived amino residue, or N,N-derived amino residue.
