Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a work alignment device which does not need high accuracy in positioning work and can smoothly and surely align tubular work on a tray with their axes extending in the vertical direction.
CONSTITUTION: While a guide pin 5 is passed from below through a through hole Ta formed in each graphite tray T, tubular work W is located above each graphite tray T by an attracting element 325 with their axes extending in the vertical direction, and is lowered along the guide pin 5, so that the work W is aligned and mounted in a specified position of each graphite tray T.
