NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I [R1 is H, lower alkyl, amino; R2 is OH, lower alkoxy, -N(R3)(R4)(R3 and R4 are H, lower alkyl, or cyclo alkyl); A is lower alkylene; Z is O, S, N-R5 (R5 is H, lower alkyl)].
EXAMPLE: N-Ethyl-N-cyclohexyl-4-( 5-methyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl )thio-butylamide.
USE: An antiulcer or an antiphlogistic.
PROCESS: A compound shown by the formula 4 is reacted with a compound shown by the formula 5 [one of X1 and X2 is halogen and the other is mercapto group or -S-C(=NH)(-NH2)] is the presence of a basic condensation agent to give a compound shown by the formula I. A compound shown by the formula 2 is reacted with an amine shown by the formula 3 to give a compound shown by the formula 1 wherein R2 is -N(R3)(R4), and the desired substances wherein R2 are OH and lower alkoxy are interchangeable each other.
