In an all-solid-state battery 100, an outer package 111 that constitutes a battery case 110 is provided with a paper member 113 located in an inner layer and a metal member 117 located an outer layer. Among metal peripheries 118f, outer metal peripheries 118b are superposed on each other to be bonded together without interposition of the paper peripheries 114f or the like, and thereby the peripheries 111f of the outer package 111 are bonded together. An electrode terminal member 130 is placed between peripheries 111f of the outer package 111 while being insulated from the outer metal peripheries 118f via an insulating seal member 140.
