Abstract:
To guide a path bypassing a region to be charged when a user does not wish to pass the region to be charged of load pricing in a path-guiding system.
A path bypassing the region to be charged can be guided by information that is stored by a charged region storage means for storing the charged region of the load pricing, and an alternative path calculation means for calculating the alternative path of the region to be charged.
