Abstract:
To provide an aluminum nitride-based powder capable of giving higher thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: A powder comprising aluminum nitride particles according to the present invention has (1) an average particle diameter D50 of 15 to 200 μm, (2) a crystallite diameter of 130 nm or more by Scherrer method, (3) alkaline earth metal element and rare earth element content of 0.1 wt.% or less, (4) oxygen content of 0.5 wt.% or less, and (5) silicon content of 1000 wt.ppm or less and iron content of 1000 wt.ppm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
