EXAMPLE: N-Benzoyl-L-isoleucyl-L-propyl-L-proline.
USE: A hypotensor industrially and readily available by a simple synthetic process.
PREPARATION: For example, benzyl L-isoleucyl-L-prolyl-L-prolinate hydrochloride and benzoyl chloride are dissolved in methylene chloride and cooled at -30°C and N-methylmorpholine is added thereto while stirring and reacted therewith at room temperature for 5hr.
