Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NH3 injection device capable of keeping the proper excess quantity of an NH3 gas injected into a waste gas to change sulfur dioxide in the waste gas into ammonium sulfate.
SOLUTION: In this feed back system, an ammonia injection quantity is set by a heavy oil flow rate signal 1 based on a fuel flow rate - NH3 injection quantity curve previously set in a function generator 4. The set value of the ammonia injection quantity is corrected by the deviation between the excess NH3 concentration signal 2 installed in an outlet flue of an electric dust collecting device and the previously set excess NH3 concentration. In such a case, the fuel flow rate - NH3 injection quantity curve is constructed so as to automatically correct it with time based on the past record of the NH3 injection quantity in a previously set fixed condition such as the NH3 injection quantity after 1 hr when the heavy oil flow rate reaches 100%. As a result, the control of the stable NH3 injection quantity small in feed back correcting quantity is carried out.
