PURPOSE: To provide a bulky amorphous green compact by constituting the product with amorphous series metal aggregate under condition of reduced pressure and coated part closing the outer face part thereof as air-tight.

CONSTITUTION: By closing inner part of the amorphous series metal aggregate under condition of reduced pressure, the amorphous series metal aggregate is pressed with the atmospheric pressure and bulky state can be kept. Therefore, the amorphous green compact is constituted with the amorphous series metal aggregate 10 under condition of reduced pressure and the coated layer 20 coating the outer face part of this aggregate 10 as air-tight. For example, the layer 20 is laid in compacting cavity 32a in a compacting mold 52 and the powdery amorphous series metal is charged into space surrounded with the layer 20 to make the aggregate 10 having the shape corresponding to the cavity 32a. Successively, pressure in a vacuum chamber 50 is reduced and the pressure in inner part of the aggregate 10 is reduced to the prescribed vacuum degree and under this condition, a seal tool 33 is worked while contacting with the layer 20, and upper part of the layer 20 is closed and the aggregate 10 is enclosed with the layer 20 and inner part of the layer 20 is perfectly closed to obtain the green compact.
