Abstract:
To provide an improved combination of an amplification procedure and a multi-probe hybridization assay in hybridization assaying a specific nucleic acid in a sample.
Disclosed are compositions for determination of complementary single-stranded target nucleic acids in a sample to be tested. Also disclosed are methods for detection of a single-stranded target genetic material in a sample to be tested which use the compositions of this invention.
