PURPOSE: To reduce the waveform distortion as well as to realize an IC formation by connecting the diode in parallel between the base and the emitter of transistor Tr and then to secure the sufficiently deep bias as well as a negative feedback circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Different diode D3 is connected in series to diode D2 as the bias element. At the same time, amplifier A1 is installed between terminal T1 and TrQ1, and part of the output is connected to amplifier A1 through resistor R2 and capacitor C2 along with the negative feedback applied to A1. Owing to diode D3, the bias voltage of TrQ1 becomes appropriate to reduce the switching distortion. At the same time, the unbalance between the positive and nagative value can be reduced for the load current via the negative feedback circuit, thus decreasing the distortion.
