To provide an efficient high concentration anaerobic treatment method for organic waste which provides the optimum method capable of obtaining a high gasifying ratio, reduces fermentation residue and the content of hydrogen sulfide in a converted methane gas, and can be utilized in an electricity generation process as it is to utilize the waste heat of the process.
The high concentration anaerobic treatment method for organic waste has a process for concentrating inflow waste or the treated matter thereof, a solubilizing process for solubilizing the process concentrate and an anaerobic fermentation process for anaerobically fermenting the process solubilized matter to generate the methane gas. The concentration of a solid after the concentration in the concentration process is set to 5-20%, and the solubilizing process comprises an anaerobic heat treatment performed at 60-90°C.
