Abstract:
To provide a new analgesic preparation having remarkably increased analgesic effect.
The analgesic preparation contains (A) an analgesic agent composed of a propionic acid derivative and (B) one or more compounds selected from glucosamine, its derivative and their salts. Preferably, the analgesic preparation is composed of (A) 1 pt.wt. of an analgesic agent composed of a propionic acid derivative and (B) 0.1-3.3 pts.wt. of one or more compounds selected from glucosamine, its derivative and their salts. More preferably, the analgesic preparation contains one or more compounds selected from glucosamine, its derivative and their salts in an amount of 1-50 mg/kg body-weight/day.
