Abstract:
To realize an analyzer with which it is possible to execute an inspection process of a medicine, etc., that includes a plurality of substances accurately in a short time.SOLUTION: A vaporization unit 1 includes two heating units 15A, 15B and heats separate portions of an inspection piece 11 at separate temperatures. The inspection piece 11 is held between the upper heating part 151A and lower heating part 150A and the upper heating part 151B and lower heating part 150B of the heating units 15A, 15B. The heating unit 15A is heated to a given temperature A by a first temperature regulator 16A, and the heating unit 15B is heated to a given temperature B different from the temperature A by a temperature regulator 16B. A vaporized component from a portion of the inspection piece 11 that is heated by the heating unit 15A is transferred from a vapor transfer heating piping 10A to a post-confluence vapor transfer heating piping 10, and a vaporized component from a portion of the inspection piece 11 that is heated by the heating unit 15B is transferred from a vapor transfer heating piping 10B to the post-confluence vapor transfer heating piping 10, then transferred to an ionization unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
