Abstract:
To provide a method capable of easily and quantitatively performing the analysis of biological molecule by detecting a two-dimensional signal.
The biological molecules are localized on a solid phase to be detected as a visible two-dimensional signal. In this analyzing method of the biological molecule, a two-dimensional image on the solid phase is read out by using a scanner comprising a light source for applying the light to the solid phase, and an image sensor for receiving the reflected light from the solid phase, and two-dimensionally scanning the solid phase, and the signal is detected by analyzing the obtained two-dimensional image data.
