Title:
ANCHORING HEAD PORTION OF GROUND ANCHOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3148807
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contact of water invading from external portion to a gap formed between an anchor head and an unbonded sheath.
SOLUTION: A part of a tension member inserting hole 2 penetrating an anchor head 1 at the natural ground side is made to be a penetration portion L2 of unbonded sheath, the diameter of which becomes larger. This anchor head 1 is placed on a bearing plate 8 on a structure and the tip of a tension member 11 embedded and anchored to the ground is inserted in the tension member inserting hole 2 in the anchor head 1. Then tension member 11 is tensioned and crimped by wedges 3, an end of the unbonded sheath 12 covered to a free length portion of the tension member 11 is located within the unbonded sheath incision portion L2, and the incision portion is filled with rustproof oil 14. By doing this, a gap between the end of the unbonded sheath 12 and the anchor head 1 is protected by oil 14 in the incision portion L2 and thus rusting can be prevented.
