To provide an anchoring structure of a wall panel to a continuous footing and its method which anchors the wall panel attached on the continuous footing by securing a sufficient strength, easily constructs it by relieving the embedding accuracy of an anchor means in the continuous foundation, and improves the workability.

This anchoring structure of a wall panel 4 to a continuous footing 1 attaching and anchoring the wall panel 4 on the continuous footing 1 is made at first, by placing an anchor band 6 having flexibility which is extended in parallel to the external surface of the continuous footing 1 upward by a prescribed dimension or more from its upper surface. Secondly, a sill 2, a floor panel 3, and the wall panel 4 are attached on the upper surface of the continuous footing 1 in this order, the top part of the anchor band 6 is fixed to the wall panel 4 by an anchor means, and the wall panel 4 is anchored to the continuous footing 1.
