Abstract:
To provide a conductive film that is insulating in the non-pressurized state, shows excellent energization responsiveness to the pressing force in the thickness direction, and can restore initial insulating property when the pressurized state is released.SOLUTION: An anisotropic pressure-sensitive conductive film includes an insulating elastomer structure in which unit films each composed of a recessed structural unit with one or more recesses, and a leg that is arranged outside the periphery of a recessed structural unit in a plan view, holds at least the entire space immediately below the recessed structural unit, and supports the recessed structural unit are connected in the plane direction, and conductive particles arranged in the recess.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
