Abstract:
To easily install an annular magnet in an annular groove formed in a piston and so forth.
The annular magnet 1 magnetized in the axial direction is formed of divided magnets 11 divided into a plurality of parts in the circumferential direction. Joining surfaces 12a, 13a stacked on each other in the axial direction are formed at the joining parts 12, 13 of these divided magnets 11, and the divided magnets are magnetized each other at the joining surfaces to join them to each other. The divided magnets 11 are formed in approximately specified shapes after they are joined to each other.
