Abstract:

To calculate an abnormality degree of an object with high accuracy on the basis of measurement values obtained from a plurality of sensors.SOLUTION: An abnormality degree is calculated from reconstruction errors between measurement values obtained from sensors for measuring physical quantities of the object and output values output from a reconstructive neural network which compresses the measurement values and reconstructs them to be output. Before calculating the abnormality degree of the object, the reconstructive neural network is constructed so that the reconstruction errors may be minimum by use of measurement values obtained when the object is normal. In calculating the abnormality degree of the object, the reconstruction errors are weighted between the sensors, and the abnormality degree is calculated (S130).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
