To provide an antenna-attaching structure with which working efficiency can be increased by easily positioning each part at the time of mounting, the number of parts can be decreased, cost can be reduced by increasing productivity, and an antenna can be fixed stably.

In this structure for attaching a rod 3 of an antenna through a U-shaped hardware 2 to antenna fixtures, plural projecting parts 2e are projectingly provided inward from the inside face of the U-shaped hardware 2 in the periphery of attaching holes 2c and 2d formed on both pieces 2a and 2b of the U-shaped fittings 2. At the time of interfitting the rod 3 of the antenna into the U-shaped fittings 2, the plural projecting parts 32e inside the both pieces 2a and 2b of the U-shaped fittings 2 are made to press-contact the outside face of the rod 3 of the antenna.
