Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antenna power feeding circuit which does not need a balanced-to-unbalanced converter such as a balun and has a simple structure by providing a distribution circuit, which outputs power having phase difference of a specific degree for a pair of belt-shaped conductors and connecting a helical antenna to the other ends of the pair of the belt-shaped conductors.
SOLUTION: A 180° distribution circuit 2 to which 180° phase difference is applied is connected to a pair of belt-shaped conductors 5a and 5b. Because of this, a reverse direction current is made to flow into a conductor 6 of the whole inner wall surface of a cylinder 1. Respective microstrip lines are formed by the pair of the belt-shaped conductors 5a and 5b provided on the outer wall surface of the cylinder 1 and the conductor 6 provided on the whole inner wall surface of the cylinder 1, and power having 180° phase difference is outputted to the pair of the belt-shaped conductors 5a and 5b by the circuit 2. Thus, an unwanted current can be suppressed, a balanced-to-unbalanced converter such as a balun becomes unnecessary, and the antenna power feeding circuit with a simple structure can be realized.
