To accurately measure antenna's reception capability of various communication devices with simple measuring equipment for a reduced measurement cost, and to accurately measure the reception performance of an antenna itself separately from a reception unit among various communication devices.
The radio wave of specified output is radiated in a specified direction from the antenna of a waveguide part 3 as vertical or horizontal wave at the reception frequency of a communication device comprising at least a reception unit for receiving radio wave. The electric field intensity of the radio wave coming from the waveguide part 3 is varied by an electric field intensity variable part 5. A measurement part 7 is provided with an antenna of communication device extendable in the direction orthogonal to the radiation direction of radio wave. The radio wave conning from the measurement part 7 is absorbed with a radio wave absorbing part to regulate radiation to the measurement part.
