PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide extremely small-sized double-acting antenna structure which functions well in both a push-in and a pull-out positions, is easily manufactured and which is suitable for mass production. SOLUTION: A double-acting antenna structure is provided with a helical part 1, to be electrically connected with an antenna port of radio equipment with a connecting member 12 and a rod part 2 which is movable in the helical part 1. The helical part 1 is coupled with the connecting member 12, by a supporting spiral 1d at the bottom and a radial helical factor of the helical part 1 is provided with a coupling spiral 1c. The rod part 2 consists of a conductive rod factor 2a and a dielectric 2b for covering the conductive rod factor 2a. When the rod part 2 is pulled out, the rod factor 2a is electrically brought into contact with the coupling spiral 2c at an extension part 2c at the bottom of the rod part 2a. In this case, an antenna of the radio equipment is constituted of a lowermost part 1a of the mutually and serially connected helical factors and the rod factor 2a. When the road part is pushed in, only the helical factors 1a to 1c function as the antenna of the radio equipment.
