PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for a waveguide tying a primary radiator and a radio equipment by connecting the both directly in a reflecting antenna system utilizing a rotationally symmetric concaved face reflection mirror.
CONSTITUTION: An inner cylinder 12 is fixed coaxially in the inside of an outer cylinder 11 by using a support 13. A radio equipment 14 having a high frequency section and the primary radiator 15 connected directly to said radio equipment 14 are mounted in the inside of the inner cylinder 12. Since the primary radiator 15 is connected directly to the radio equipment 14, no waveguide is required. A terminal board 16 is fitted to one end of the outer conductor 11 and a reflection mirror 17 having a rotationally symmetric concaved face is fixed to the terminal board 16. On the other hand, a radome 18 is fitted to the end of the outer cylinder 11. Since the radome has only to be fitted to the end of the outer cylinder 11, the shape is simplified.
