To provide an antenna capable of achieving miniaturization and reducing the cost as well as obtaining preferable characteristics.
The antenna 101 comprises: a dielectric 3; a first dipole antenna 1 arranged in the dielectric 3; a second dipole antenna 2 arranged in the dielectric 3 and arranged so as to be substantially orthogonal to the first dipole antenna 1; a feeding terminal 5; and a phase adjusting part 4 arranged in the dielectric 3 and generating a phase difference of substantially 90 degrees between a signal output from the first dipole antenna 1 to the feeding terminal 5 and a signal output from the second dipole antenna 2 to the feeding terminal 5 and/or between a signal output from the feeding terminal 5 to the first dipole antenna 1 and a signal from the feeding terminal 5 to the second dipole antenna 2.
