This anti-counterfeit certificate, in which a brittle film layer 1 and the information recording layer 3 are incorporated, is formed by laminating a supporting layer 4 as the base material of the certificate, the information recording layer 3 having a personal information or the like formed thereon, an adhesive layer 2 and the brittle film layer 1, onto which micromachining is applied. As a result, when the brittle film layer 1 is tried to be torn off for removing a specified personal information equipped in the certificate, the personal information necessary for the counterfeit of the information recording layer 3 is torn off finely as adhered to the brittle layer.
