Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject film having excellent initial and sustained anti- fog properties at low- and high-temperatures and giving a coated film having high bonding strength by using a synthetic hectorite as an active component.
CONSTITUTION: This film is obtained by applying an aqueous solution composition of an anti-fog agent containing preferably 0.05-20wt.% of a synthetic hectorite as a main component to the surface of a film and forming a coated film. The hectorite is preferably expressed e.g. by formula I or formula II (M+ is almost Na+) an dispersible in an aqueous solution to form a transparent colloid sol and gelatinizable on the surface of a resin to form a uniform coated film when applied to a film and dried.
