Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely feed sludge with the use of only one sludge feed pipe and to surely gel the ground around the pipe by pulverizing a previously gelled anti-friction composition material while water is added thereto, and by pushing a laid pipe into the ground while the sludge is fed between the laid pipe and the ground with the use of a pump.
CONSTITUTION: A previously gelled anti-friction composition material is pulverized while 10 to 20 % of water is added thereto. The anti-friction composition material is obtained by mixing a boric compound into guagum or PVA or mixing alum or ammonium aceta into CMC. Further, sludge is fed together with water between a laid pipe and the ground by a pump while the pipe is pushed into the ground. Accordingly, a minimum necessary quantity of sludge can be fed through only one slide feed pipe with no fear of dilution and sludge leakage, thereby it is possible to surely attain an anti-frictional effect.
