PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anti-RANKL antibodies and methods of use.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an isolated antibody, or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, that binds to RANKL, comprising (i) a heavy chain variable region comprising the VHCDR1 region and VHCDR2 region and VHCDR3 region which are represented by a particular sequence, and (ii) a light chain variable region comprising VLCDR1 region and VLCDR2 region and VLCDR3 region which are represented by a particular sequence; or a variant of antibody, or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising heavy and light chain variable regions identical to the heavy and light chain variable regions of (i) and (ii) except for up to 8 amino acid substitutions in the CDR regions.SELECTED DRAWING: None
