Abstract:
To provide an antibacterial agent having almost no irritation for the human skin but wide antibacterial spectrum of several kinds of various bacteria easily immixing into cosmetics and hair detergents and capable of applying as an antibacterial agent substituting for conventionally used parabens.
The antibacterial composition is obtained by formulating two or more antibacterial compounds selected from a group consisting of antibacterial amino acid-based amphoteric surfactants, 2-phenoxyethanol and hinokitiol into an antibacterial amino acid-based cationic surfactant.
