To provide a film excellent in mass productivity, scratch resistance and antidazzle characteristic without using a material which causes internal scattering, e.g. particles by forming a polymer layer having a polymer containing a specified proportion of specified (meth)acrylic ester units and having a specified thickness.
A polymer layer 2 and a hard coat layer 3 are successively formed on a smooth transparent substrate 1 to obtain the objective antidazzle hard coat film. The polymer layer 2 has a polymer containing ≥10 wt.% (meth) acrylic ester units of the formula and has 0.2-5 μm thickness. The hard coat layer 3 is formed by applying and drying a composition containing a monomer having two or more ethylenically unsaturated groups and curing the composition by a polymerization reaction with ionizing radiation or heat. The hard coat layer 3 contains inorganic fine particles of ≤0.5 μm average particle size.
