To provide an antiglare film which has high weather resistance and surface hardness in addition to excellent antiglare property and ensures improved workability and safety in the production of the antiglare film.

The antiglare film uses a lactone ring-containing resin film as a base film and has an antiglare layer disposed on the base film, wherein the antiglare layer includes at least a matrix resin and a polymer region A, and this polymer region is located near a surface of the antiglare layer and forms a surface uneven structure. In addition, since the antiglare layer includes a region B having a smaller average diameter than the polymer region A in a lower part of the antiglare layer, the antiglare film is obtained which has high weather resistance and high surface hardness in addition to excellent antiglare property and ensures improved workability and safety in the production and process of the film.
