To obtain an antimicrobial agent composition capable of readily passing through a sieve by including an antimicrobial powder comprising a specific metal and a specified metallic ion and a fluidity improving powder in order to improve the powder fluidity of the antimicrobial powder therein.
This antimicrobial agent composition is obtained by including an antimicrobial powder represented by the formula M1aAbM2c(PO4)d.nH2O {M1 is at least one ion selected from silver, zinc, tin, mercury, lead, iron, cobalt, nickel, manganese, arsenic, antimony, bismuth, barium, cadmium and chromium [the ionic valence is (l)]; A is at last one ion selected from an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, hydrogen and ammonium [the ionic valence is (m)]; M2 is a tetravalent metal; 0≤(n)≤6; (a) and (b) are each a positive number; (c) and (d) are each as follows: (c) is 2 and (d) is 3 when [(la)+(mb)] is 1 and (c) is 1 and (d) is 2 when [(la)+(mb)] is 2} and a fluidity improving powder in order to improve the powder fluidity of the antimicrobial powder (especially preferably an alkaline earth metallic salt powder, an amino acid-based modifier or an alkaline earth metallic salt of a higher fatty acid) therein.
