Abstract:

To provide a highly safe antimicrobial agent having excellent antimicrobial activities even in a low concentration.

The antimicrobial agent contains (a) one or more kinds of surfactants selected from (a1) a specific polyoxyalkylene-type nonionic surfactant and (a2) a specified amine oxide-type surfactant, and (b) a biguanide-based compound as active ingredients.
