This antistatic coating contains an electroconductive polymer and a dopant, or a dope-joined electroconductive polymer obtained by dope-joining with the dopant, a binder resin, a phosphate ester compound expressed by formula (I): (CnH2n+1O)mP(O)(OH)3-m [wherein, (n) is an integer of 1 to 24; and (m) is 1 or 2] and/or an antioxidant having a radical-capturing function, and the antistatic material having a substrate material and an antistatic layer obtained by using the above antistatic coating on the substrate material is also provided.
