Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate a possibility that an ambient environment may be contaminated and lowered in cleanness by volatilization of a solvent or the like by a method wherein in an antistatic composite board having a synthetic resin substrate, electrostatic adhesion of dust is prevented by the antistatic properties of its own.
CONSTITUTION: A substrate 1 and an aluminum thin layer 2 are integrally laminated. An anodized layer thicker than a natural oxide layer is provided on a surface layer part 3 of the aluminum thin layer 2. The thickness of the anodized layer is 3-20μm. In this manner, the anodized layer exhibits antistatic properties. Since a solvent is not used for a part exhibiting antistatic properties, there is no possibility that a cleanness of an ambient environment may be lowered by volatilization of a solvent.
