Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine having excellent gastric acid secretion inhibiting action and tunica mucosa ventriculi protective action, and useful as a medicine for warm-blooded animals (especially for human being) as a prophylactic or therapeutic preparation for ulcerous diseases.
SOLUTION: This medicine is an optically active pyrrolopyridazine compound having the general formula (I) [wherein R1 is a 1-6C alkyl; R2 and R3 are each a 1-6C alkyl; R4 is a 6-10C aryl (substituted with one selected from the group consisting of a 1-6C alkyl, a halogeno 1-6C alkyl, a 1-6C alkoxy, a halogeno 1-6C alkoxy and a halogen); and A is an imino, O or S] or a pharmacologically permissible salt thereof.
