Abstract:
To provide an antiviral fiber structure having sufficient capture performance not only on virus having an envelop, such as influenza virus, but also fine virus high in chemical resistance and having no envelope, such as norovirus.SOLUTION: There is provided an antiviral fiber structure in which an H type carboxyl group-containing particle is adhered to a surface of a fiber structure containing an H type carboxyl group-containing crosslinked acrylate fiber, in which content of the H type carboxyl group in the crosslinked acrylate fiber is 3.0 mmol equivalent to 7.0 mmol equivalent per 1 g, content of the crosslinked acrylate fiber in the fiber structure is 60 mass% or more, H type carboxyl group content in the particle is 3.0 mmol equivalent to 7.0 mmol equivalent per 1 g, and the H type carboxyl group-containing particle is adhered to the surface of the fiber structure with basis weight of 1.0 g/mto 4.0 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: None
