PURPOSE: To surely achieve a work by providing a guide part to periodically change the distance of an entrainer in the radial direction from a hub part during the rotation so as to be easily adapted to an article having various shapes and sizes.

CONSTITUTION: A hub part 22 belongs to a device 20, and the hub part 22 is turned around the perpendicular axis A of rotation. All spokes 24 are movable one by one irrespective thereof in the longitudinal direction relative to the hub part 22. An entrainer 26 is arranged on an end part of each spoke 24, and the entrainer is guided along a guide part 28. When an article 10 must be separated according to the diameter, and/or, when the distance between adjacent articles 10 must be larger or smaller than the planned value, a guide bar 38 is turned by loosening a tightening screw so that the hub 22 keeps the distance of eccentricity in accordance with a new condition relative to the guide part 28.
